My 2nd Cities Skylines Map | River Peaks | all connect + resources
On this one I wanted to keep the roads & terrain pretty flat & easily accessible. The train lines are ‘kind of’ realistic, although I do think the mountain passes are a bit fantastical.
This map has a LOT of flat buildable land as well as access to ore, oil, forestry & farmland. There are, also, the maximum number of outside connections available.
I am, so far, going with a ‘keep it simple’ philosophy for my maps, mainly trying to make something that is pleasing to the eye & gives the player tons of building options.
This map has several rivers, waterfalls, mountains, plenty of trees & flat buildable land. It is perfect for building a sprawling city & suburbs. A sprawling ‘megalopolis’ would be perfectly at home here.

I didn’t build the main intersection, I got it from the workshop. I am still working on my road building skills & mine are not quite good enough yet yet.
