Free Hostia for my site hosting
I use a paid tier (pretty inexpensive) on Free Hostia, but they are great. If I have a problem or question, they get me an answer very quickly. There are a lot of great options on their site. Installs WordPress & lots of other systems.
WordPress plugins I use
- Jetpack / Akismet – these two provide protection & lots of utility.
- UpdraftPlus – Provides an easy-to-use free backup tool.
- WP Hide Show Featured Image – Makes your posts cleaner & nicer to view.
- WPVulnerability – Protection from attackers.
